John,
I just wanted to update you on our progress of holding Senator Joe Manchin accountable. After yesterday’s push, we’re a little more than 3/4ths of the way to our mobile billboard funding goal, to run billboards in every city in West Virginia until the Build Back Better Act passes.
Read about why this is so important below, then chip in $7 to PASS Build Back Better and lower drug prices today!
Thanks,

John,
I just paid our mobile billboard vendor, who is working with his crew to make sure that every media market in West Virginia sees our billboard trucks, putting pressure on Joe Manchin to vote for the Build Back Better Act:
West Virginians need to know what’s at stake as Joe Manchin continues to obstruct passage of the Build Back Better Act. And Senator Manchin needs to hear from his constituents about how they feel about that. Senate Democrats are lining up a final vote during the week of December 13th―so we have exactly 2 weeks to make our voices heard!
Mobile billboards are expensive in West Virginia―but they’re worth it. SSW took a leap of faith, and we’re counting on you to help us close the funding gap. Can you donate $5 today to make sure Joe Manchin supports the Build Back Better Act?
As a reminder, the Build Back Better Act has already passed the House. Once the Senate passes it and President Biden signs it:
-
Medicare will be able to negotiate lower prices for prescription drugs
-
Medicare will finally cover hearing care
-
We will expand access to home and community-based care
-
And MORE!
Our mobile billboards work because they can speak directly to constituents who don’t sign up for our email lists. And they make it easy for folks to call their members of Congress because the phone number is right there!
We’re at about 60% of our goal to fully fund our billboard campaign in West Virginia for the next two weeks. Can you chip in to close the gap?
Thanks,
