John,

I can’t believe it’s already December. Over the past year, we saw Donald Trump finally leave office, welcomed President Biden to the White House, flipped the Senate, and kept our House majority — albeit by very slim margins.

We passed the American Rescue Plan Act. Millions of Americans got the vaccine. We enacted the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. And we’re on the verge of sending the Build Back Better Act to President Biden’s desk once the Senate passes this vital legislation that’s responding to the needs of so many Americans. Wow. Would you believe that all would happen last year?

Don’t get me wrong, the past few months haven’t been easy. That’s why I wanted to reach out to find out what your most important priorities are as we enter the final month of the year.

There’s still time to get universal pre-K, $500 billion in climate funding, Medicare and Medicaid expansion, and more during these final weeks and I want to make sure I’m laser-focused on the issues that matter to you most.

Can you spare a minute (or two!) to fill out my December priorities survey? I truly value your feedback and it provides a fresh perspective to my work.
