Contributions to Maverick PAC USA are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), and federal contractors are prohibited.  Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each contributor whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law or as specifically directed by the donor, all contributions will be deposited into Maverick PAC USA’s federal account. Such other contributions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
