Today, the Supreme Court heard a case that will directly challenge Roe v. Wade and could put reproductive rights across the country at risk. If the Supreme Court upholds Mississippi's abortion ban, it could be the end of Roe v. Wade.

I'll keep this short. The Republicans who push abortion bans like the one in this case are more emboldened than ever before. From a ban on essentially all abortions after 15 weeks in Mississippi or to one after only six weeks in Texas, they will stop at nothing to put an end to abortion rights.

We need action from Congress. And we need it now. Will you sign my petition demanding Congress protect reproductive rights and enshrine Roe v. Wade in federal law?

Banning abortions will not put an end to abortions -- only safe abortions. And laws like the ones in Mississippi and Texas disproportionately impact people of color and other marginalized communities.

This isn't the first threat to reproductive rights we've seen, and it certainly won't be the last. But I promise I'll keep fighting for as long as it takes. Will you be with me?
