Roadworks
*Upcoming Roadworks*
**Tuesday 15 October - Wednesday 6 November*: Shakespeare Street
*Lane and footpath closure for final phase of district heating works.

*Road closure from junction of Wollaton Street for ducting works.

*Suspension of parking bays on the north side from Toll House Hill East to Hanley Street.

Lane closure near junction with St. Andrews Road for repair of collapsed double manhole cover.

Tram timetable changes
*Tuesday 5**November: The Forest
*Trams will be operating at an increased frequency to take people to and from the Bonfire Night event at The Forest tram stop.
Park & Ride changes
*Tuesday 5* *November: The Forest Park & Ride*
There will be no access to the Park & Ride after 4pm except for Blue Badge holders due to the Bonfire Night event taking place at Forest Recreation Ground. Cars already parked on site will be able to leave at any time. The Park & Ride will reopen as usual on Wednesday 6 November.
*Wednesday 6 November - Saturday 16 November: Wilkinson Street*
A few parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable while 19 charge points for electric vehicles are being installed.

Bonfire Night
*Remember, remember the Fifth of November!*
Head down to the Forest Recreation Ground this Tuesday for the city's biggest Bonfire Night event! There will betwo fireworks displays at 7:15pm and 9pm, the lighting of the East Midlands' biggest bonfire at 7:45pm, plus a massive fairground and delicious food stalls full of treats. It only comes around once a year so you won't want to miss out.
The Forest tram stop is just metres away from where the festivities will take place and is the most efficient way to arrive. Trams will be operating at an increased rate to accommodate the increase in passengers. There will be no parking nearby and traffic restrictions will be in place along Gregory Boulevard. Moderate delays are expected so plan your journey ahead of time if heading in this direction.
