Today, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the second case this year that directly threatens Roe v. Wade.

The law in question originated in Mississippi and would ban nearly all abortions after 15 weeks. Just like Texas's abortion ban that came before the Supreme Court this year, it's appalling and unconstitutional. But that didn't stop Trump's 6-3 conservative majority from allowing it to go into effect.

More than two-thirds of Americans do not believe Roe v. Wade should be overturned, and it's time for all of us who agree to raise our voices. Will you join me and add your name right now to demand that Congress protect the right to choose once and for all?

The GOP attack on reproductive freedom isn’t just happening in red states. Earlier this year, Republican MN State Representative Tim Miller pledged to introduce a Texas-style abortion ban during the next legislative session starting in January.

This is why next year’s midterms are so important. Every single one of Governor Walz’s GOP opponents is zealously anti-choice. If any one of them takes the Governor's office and a restrictive anti-choice bill makes it to their desk, that’s it.
