Yesterday we launched our end of the year fundraising
campaign to help us make the first Meeting of States Parties of the
Nuclear Ban Treaty the most inclusive UN meeting
ever.
And the response from all of you was
amazing. In just the first 24 hours of this one month long fundraising
campaign, we raised close to $10’000 - a quarter of our total
goal of $ 40’000, and donations continuing to come in as I’m
typing this.
We are incredibly grateful for every
single contribution that many of you already made. This kind of strong
support on Giving Tuesday gives us a lot of confidence that we’ll be
able to raise the full amount by the end of the
year.
