U.S. Supreme Court to argue our case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health
Organization, which challenges Mississippi's ban on abortion after
just 15 weeks of pregnancy-a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade.
For nearly half a century, time and again, the Court has affirmed that
the U.S. Constitution guarantees the right to abortion. This is not
