Dear John,
Earlier in 2021, congress passed a major bi-partisan infrastructure package. A result is over $11 billion slated to improve Pennsylvania's roads and an additional $1.6 billion for bridge repairs. This is a major win for all of Pennsylvania and I'm incredibly excited to get to work with our state legislature to allocate these funds to our community and the rest of the state. Additionally, as a result of the package, Pennsylvania will have an opportunity to invest in our airports, protect ourselves from wildfires, and increase security against cyberattacks!
Successes like this couldn't have happened without your support up and down the ballot! But, it also means if we want to continue making progress, we need to keep Pennsylvania blue in the upcoming 2022 election. And to do that, I need your help!
I'm excited to continue working towards progress throughout this great state, and especially excited for less potholes on the drive to Harrisburg. I look forward to keeping you updated and look forward to writing more happy emails like this one!
