The battle for our civil liberties is raging at a fever pitch.  

 

The radical left is doing everything it can to strip your freedoms away.  

 

I’ve seen this firsthand.  

 

The Center for American Liberty is at the forefront of what is, in my opinion,
one of the most important lawsuits in the country,O’Handley vs. Padilla, where
we're suing Twitter and the state of California for colluding to censor a
private citizen’s free speech online.  

 

This is among the most important cases in America because if the government
can direct and collude with “Big Tech” to censor political speech with no
consequences, then the Constitution is meaningless, and our freedoms are dying. 

 

…and the only information available to the American people will be that which
is stamped with the government’s approval.  

 

On top of that landmark case we’re still litigating: 

 

Brach vs. Newsom, where we are fighting California Governor Gavin Newsom to
preserve parents’ rights to send their children to private schools and to keep
schools open. 

 

Ngo vs. Rose City Antifa, where we are fighting for JUSTICE to be served after
journalist Andy Ngo was viciously beaten by Antifa thugs for reporting the
truth about their lawless behavior.  

 

Mahoney vs. U.S. Capitol Police Board, where we’re fighting to restore
Americans’ free speech rights on the grounds surrounding the Capitol.  

 

These are cases with national importance.  

 

The bad news is that losing any of these legal battles could have grave
implications for our freedoms. Power hungry bureaucrats and leftist politicians
want to end the American spirit as we know it.
