I’m reaching out one last time before our end-of-month deadline expires in just a few hours. I realize it’s a busy time of year, so I wanted to let you know right off the bat how much I appreciate you opening this email in the first place.
November has been a tough month for fundraising. People would rather focus on the holidays and spend time with family than read another email. Trust me, I get it.
But the truth is that we can’t afford to come up short of our fundraising goal this month. 2022 is going to be a tough midterm year, and whether or not we hit this goal will determine if we’ll have the resources for the work ahead.
My team just let me know that if we don’t see an uptick in online donations over the next few hours, we’ll miss our fundraising goal altogether. So I’m asking: Can you pitch in any amount now to help us reach it?
