The past 20 months have been hard for all of us. It has made me appreciate things I sometimes took for granted: time with family, dinner with friends and even just going wherever I wanted.

It has also made me focus even more than I already did on my health and making sure I am doing everything I can to protect myself and my family.

I first came to EWG when I became a mother. Like most new moms, I encountered misleading and contradictory advice when it came to making decisions for my kids’ health, often leaving me to wonder: Is there anybody out there who will tell me the truth?
