John,

Five states are poised to pass the Convention of States resolution in 2022.

But there’s still a long road ahead. To help ensure we have the funds necessary to launch proven victories strategies in this homestretch to passage, a generous patriot is prepared to triple any contribution made before midnight tonight -- up to $50,000!

We’re just a few hours away from this critical deadline and are still over $20,000 short of reaching our goal.

Will you chip in whatever you can today? Remember, when you give before midnight, your gift of $100 will become $300 towards our 2022 Victory Fund!

Here’s a quick glimpse at what’s currently hanging in the balance:
  • North Carolina - We believe we have the votes now to pass the Senate, which would make North Carolina state #16. We're doing everything we can to persuade Senate leadership to pass HJR 233 on the floor before the end of the year.

  • Wisconsin - This is most likely to be the first state to pass the Convention of States Resolution in 2022! Our team believes we now have the votes needed to pass in the Senate, which would mean final passage for Wisconsin.

  • Pennsylvania - Our team made major progress this year when the Senate State Government Committee gave our national experts a rare opportunity to face off against Article V opponents in a special committee meeting without the procedural constraints of a formal hearing. It didn't take long for it to become clear that while we base our arguments on fact, history, and law, opposition is based entirely on fear, speculation, and misconceptions.

  • West Virginia - We expect early movement in the Mountaineer State now that we've received indications that House leadership wants to make COS a priority for 2022.

  • Nebraska - At the end of the 2021 session, our champion legislators pulled off a rare procedural move to suspend the Senate Rules and place our Resolution on General File, thus ensuring that it will be ready for a floor vote when the Senate convenes in January 2022. With session scheduled from January 5 - March 5 Nebraska's unicameral legislature should be another early mover!

As we double down to secure victory in these pending states, the opposition is strong. Silicon Valley continues to roll out new regulations that make it even harder for us to reach and engage like-minded Americans.

Enemies of freedom are realizing how close we are to reaching the tipping point and will stop at nothing to undermine our efforts.

But we will not back down. We’re rolling out new strategies to beat big tech censorship and secure passage.

In honor of Giving Tuesday, will you take advantage of this generous matching challenge and help fuel our 2022 Victory Fund by contributing whatever you can today?

Every dollar given will be tripled.

TRIPLE MY GIVING TUESDAY GIFT

The Convention of States Team
