Folks, I’m really excited about what we have been able to deliver for Middle Tennessee.

I proudly voted for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill. This will deliver more than $8 billion in federal funding to Tennessee to repair our roads and bridges, improve public transportation, replace toxic lead pipes, and expand high-speed broadband. I am also doing everything I can to deliver on Democrats’ Build Back Better Act to provide historic relief to working families.

But Republicans are intent on bringing all of this progress to a screeching halt. They only need to win 5 seats to take back the House, and Nashville is one of their top targets.

George Gruhn – best known for the legendary Gruhn Guitars – outlined the danger well in his recent column, ‘Nashville's political future could be in jeopardy by gerrymandered congressional districts.’

George even gave us tips on what we can do to keep Nashville from being divided.
