As we enter the Christmas season, we take time to express our gratitude to friends and family for all the innumerable blessings in our lives. I write to you today to express my unending gratitude for your generous and essential support of America First Legal. Your support is what makes our vital litigation possible. Thanks to you, we have been able to launch urgent lawsuits against the Biden Administration to fight its merciless array of lawless edicts.  

With far-left radicals in control of the House, the Senate, and the White House, our only vehicle to safeguard our rights from the Washington liberal onslaught is the federal court system. Together, we stand in the breach against those who would take from us, our children, and our nation, all that makes America the most exceptional nation in history.

AFL’s mission also includes conducting oversight of the Biden Administration and other activities of the left and other organizations that are dedicated to destroying our American way of life. Our oversight work has already made significant contributions, such as our exposure of the Biden Administration’s collaboration with the National School Board Association that generated the infamous October 4 memorandum from Attorney General Merrick Garland, which was designed to chill the fundamental rights of parents across the country.

We have already sued the Biden Administration for its failure to produce records related to its evisceration of immigration enforcement, its termination of the COVID-19 origins investigation, and its politicized-treatment of oversight requests. Oversight takes time and dedication—and our work is just beginning—but it is critical work that MUST be done. And your contributions ensure that we can continue these vital efforts.
