We have a critical end-of-month fundraising goal, and the deadline is tonight at midnight. Can you please take a quick moment to chip in $5 or whatever you can?

You may or may not have heard about the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which President Biden signed into law earlier this month. I was proud to vote for this bill -- especially since 5 of my provisions are included, and this type of legislation will put countless resources into bettering the infrastructure right here in NY-19.

It includes 1 of my provisions focused on American manufacturing -- the BuyAmerican.gov Act -- which will establish a centralized online hub to increase transparency and help ensure federal agencies prioritize the purchase of American-made goods.

Another included provision of mine addresses clean water via the Clean Water for Rural America Act, which increases assistance grants for small and rural water systems. This will also provide critical support for our upstate communities to access various programs through the Clean Water Act.

Lastly, the bill also includes 3 of my provisions to strengthen limo safety, including provisions to create safety belt standards for limousines and mandating retrofit assessment for existing limousines, just to name a few.
