Friend — I just spoke with my fundraising team and they’re getting worried because we’re still 54 donations away from our end-of-month grassroots donation goal.

While my opponent is racking up four-figure checks from corporate donors and special interests, I’m much more focused on building a diverse coalition of everyday New Yorkers. A large number of contributions from all across New York is the best way to highlight the difference between the Corporate Democrats and the power of our progressive movement.

Based on our average contribution amount, for every contribution my opponent receives, I have to receive 10. That’s why we’re worried that we’re still 54 donations short of our end-of-month goal.
