Friend, recent polling shows I am gaining ground and on the cusp of defeating a dangerous, right-wing incumbent Republican.

BUT CNN just moved three Senate races to "toss-up," and now experts over at FiveThirtyEight are predicting 2022 could be a "red wave." That sort of language – and the long odds we face ahead – gives me chills, friend, and should worry you too.

Here's the thing about long odds: I've overcome them before. I grew up poor in the South, a Black girl who was the daughter of a maid and a janitor. People like me didn't go to college, let alone run police departments or prosecute corrupt presidents in Congress. 

This Senate race will be my toughest challenge yet. Senate Republicans have hauled in more than $76 million to attack me in the hopes of turning Florida red PERMANENTLY. And with that amount of cash, they are well equipped to take back the Senate majority.

I refuse to let that happen, but Florida's Senate seat will come down to who has the resources to turn out more voters, which is why I'm personally asking you right now: Will you rush a donation to help me hit my $200,000 End of Month fundraising goal, defeat Marco Rubio and defend our Senate majority?
