John,
As a working dad, I’ve gone through my fair share of tough times. I’ve been laid off, struggled to find a job, and worried about how to get the bills paid and support my family.
I’ve been hurt, and couldn’t afford to see a doctor. I’ve skipped filling prescriptions because the cost was just too high. And I know I’m not alone in this.
I believe people like us, folks who’ve paid the price for our broken health care system, need to be heard if we’re going to fix it. It's time that we cut the cost of prescription drugs and work towards Healthcare for All so no one has to choose between their health and providing for their family.
So I’m asking you to help power this campaign and chip in to help me get across the finish line. With more working folks like me in Washington, I know we can make a difference for everyone, not just the wealthy or the powerful few.

Thanks so much for all you’ve done,
