Another month, another lengthy record of Elise Stefanik failing the North Country and aligning herself with extremists. Here’s a brief recap of how Elise spent her month in Congress:

* She defended Trump Senior Advisor Steve Bannon after he surrendered to the FBI. Bannon refused to comply with a subpoena seeking information about the January 6 insurrection.

* She refused to censure Rep. Paul Gosar, who tweeted a video depicting him killing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and threatening President Biden with swords.

* She voted against both the transformative infrastructure and Build Back Better bills, which will, among so many other benefits, fix our roads and bridges, create jobs, support families and the middle class, and lower prescription drug costs.
