Hi folks -- I'm about to ask you for $5. But first, here are a few facts:

• This is one of the battleground districts that will determine our House majority. If we hold this seat, I'll be the first Democrat to EVER win three terms in a row here.
• The National Republican Congressional Committee made me one of their top targets. They’ll direct outside money into this race to help Republicans win here.
• I narrowly won re-election in 2020 by 2.4 points. There’s no room for error in 2022. We’re making progress on the Build Back Better Agenda. Just this session, I helped pass the infrastructure package and the Build Back Better Act, which will provide good-paying jobs and support families right here in Michigan.
• November is the worst month for online fundraising and we’re still behind. We need to hit every single one of our fundraising goals to execute our campaign strategy.
