Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in
Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, the case that challenges a Mississippi law prohibiting most abortions after 15 weeks. This case is not a subtle attack on women’s rights —
it gives this stolen Court the opportunity to completely dismantle Roe v. Wade and destroy 50-years of precedent for reproductive rights.
Last year, Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell jammed Justice Amy Coney Barrett onto the bench just days before an election to fulfill Republicans’ decades-long mission to overturn our abortion rights. Now the ONLY way to stop these attacks on our basic rights is to expand the Court.
