Today is #GivingTuesday, and across the globe, supporters and volunteers are coming together to help the nonprofits that mean the most to them. #GivingTuesday is a day dedicated to generosity, and it makes all the difference.

You can join the millions who come together today to celebrate the power of giving, volunteerism, and simple acts of kindness. Support all that the Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) has done this year by donating $10, $25, $50, or more this #GivingTuesday ([link removed]). Every gift counts.

As we all adjust to our new normal, CDT is fighting hard to ensure that you are protected in our constantly changing world. It is not enough to ensure that individual rights are respected at home — they must be preserved across the globe. We advocate for your right to free speech online, especially in the face of authoritarian governments. We uphold your privacy, insisting on strong encryption and fighting for comprehensive privacy laws. We guide companies, ensuring that these protections are considered today to protect you tomorrow.

As we look to the next year and all it will bring, CDT is striving to make a difference. #GivingTuesday is one of the many ways you can join us in this work.

Every donation counts, no matter the size. Donate today in honor of #GivingTuesday! ([link removed])

Thank you for your continued support of CDT. Together, we are putting civil rights and civil liberties at the center of the digital age.

Sincerely,
Alexandra Reeve Givens
