This year we’re showing support for the people who are fighting for LGBTQ+ youth at the local level: the countless allies, educators, students, and advocates working tirelessly in GLSEN’s network of Chapters and the GSAs they support.

GLSEN Chapters are the lifeblood of our organization. And they need your help.

I don’t need to tell you that the incredible work done by our Chapters, and the GSAs they support, help create safer and more affirming schools for LGBTQ+ students which are sorely lacking in some states. With ongoing political hostility in these areas…if we’re unable to reach these students the consequences can be tragic.


That’s why GLSEN has committed to establishing Chapters in all 50 states. During our #GivingTuesday campaign, we hope to raise $15,000 to work towards reaching every single LGBTQ+ student in this country while recognizing the GLSEN Chapters who carry out our mission.
