The latest news on COVID-19 illustrates just how much is on the line for us in this race. With a new, potentially deadly variant of COVID-19 now spreading across the globe, experts like Dr. Fauci are trying to convey to the public that mass vaccination is our only way to stop new variants from cropping up and threatening the progress we’ve made to beat this virus.

But Ron Johnson continues to undermine the public’s trust in vaccines. Not only does he refuse to get vaccinated himself, but he uses his social media and public platforms to cast doubt on the advice of public health officials. We're never going to get out of this with him in the Senate.

I'm tired of Republicans not trusting doctors and scientists. We need a U.S. Senator who knows that climate change is real, vaccines work, and abortion access is a human right.
