Thank you so much for the honor of supporting your amazing causes and campaigns. It has been so rewarding to play a small part in your doing more good, and to build the innovative products that turned EveryAction and our new combined company into the fastest growing and second largest nonprofit software company in the world.

I have decided to step down as CEO on December 1st. After a 26.2 year marathon of building EveryAction / NGP VAN and CTSG before that, helping nonprofits and campaigns do more good with technology, it's time.

Erin Mulligan Nelson will take over as Chief Executive Officer. Currently President of the combined company, she brings 25+ years of technology, marketing and go-to-market leadership experience to the table. Erin previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Social Solutions, leading the company into the merger with EveryAction and CyberGrants, and Calytera, where she oversaw the company's accelerated growth agenda and led a strategy to bring data, automation and innovation to states and cities across the globe.

I'll always be rooting for you, our amazing clients, to raise more money, and build more support.
