I am incredibly proud that many of the priorities I fought for were included in the final version of the Build Back Better Act, including extending the expanded Child Tax Credit, lowering health care costs by building on the Affordable Care Act, permanently extending the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), guaranteeing four weeks of paid family and medical leave, and so much more.

But while I was hard at work in Washington passing this bill and the bipartisan infrastructure bill, the GOP has been working their marketing machine, spinning facts and trying to trick people into voting against their own interests. We are already seeing expensive attack ad buys and relentless tracker targeting.

National Republicans hope that if they keep these attacks on voters’ minds, they can avoid discussing the ISSUES, do enough damage to flip this seat red and win one of the 5 seats they need to take control of the House. We have to fight back, and we have to do it NOW!
