More than 100 water wells were repaired or drilled by Global Aid Network^® (GAiN)^® in Africa last year. Most importantly, 54,500 men, women, and children now have safe, clean water, thanks to the support of generous friends like you.

Three siblings from Zambia pictured here experienced numerous health challenges after their community well broke down. Their family also suffered economically because they could no longer sell vegetables for income. But now they have clean water for drinking — and plenty for their garden too!

Gaining access to clean water expressed the kindness of Jesus in other ways:

Villagers Notice Christians Keeping Their Promise
In one Zambian village a man named Mubita shared about other groups who had visited his village but never returned to finish the work they promised. Mubita was heartened when our team showed up and repaired the well as promised. He saw the hand of God at work, and you helped restore his hope!

Teachers Can Teach Again

For months a school well in Zimbabwe, which serves 600 students and 60 households in the surrounding area, was broken down. Thanks to people like you, the well has been repaired, allowing teachers and students to return their focus to the classroom instead of searching for water.

Not only do people in these communities have reliable access to fresh water, they are also forming relationships with people who can tell them about Jesus!
