REPORT: New Traditions in 'Nontraditional' Jobs

For decades, a handful of women were celebrated as pioneers in construction, manufacturing, and more. Yet, these jobs remain “nontraditional” for women and people of color, presenting unique barriers. Raising Women’s Success in Apprenticeship is working to make these industries more open and inclusive.

This report summarizes key factors for getting women into these jobs, and what still stands in the way of making success in these industries the norm.
