We recently found out that despite their oath to defend our Constitution and our country from all threats — both foreign and domestic — several members of Congress appear to have helped plan the January 6th insurrection, putting our democracy at risk.

We as veterans took that same oath — but we actually take it seriously. Many of you served in uniform yourselves or have family members who did. You understand how important that oath is.

So you also understand how critical it is that we have leaders in Washington who place the same importance on that oath that we do, and who won’t tear our Constitution to shreds to please Traitor Trump.

That’s exactly what VoteVets is working to do: elect strong leaders and progressive veterans who really will support and defend the US Constitution.
