Tomorrow is #GivingTuesday and I'm reflecting on the holidays and the season of giving--especially the experiences of those who might not have the warmest memories or happiest feelings due to family rejection or societal discrimination. This is why our work together is so important. Together, we are making equality the law of the land for our LGBTQ+ loved ones and furthering LGBTQ+ acceptance in families and communities across the country. 

In the spirit of #GivingTuesday, can I count on a gift from you to continue our necessary work?

We’ve made incredible progress since Jeanne Manford marched in 1972 next to her gay son, but we still have a long way to go to ensure full protections in housing, public accommodations, education, and other areas of life for our LGBTQ+ loved ones.2021 has already seen a record number of anti-trans bills in the United States and the year still isn't over; Pride flags and LGBTQ+ books are under attack in libraries and schools; we're still fighting to end so-called conversion therapy; and the list goes on.
