A new poll shows Marco Rubio and me neck and neck in this critical Senate race. We're gaining ground – but we're still in the margin of error, and Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight says 2022 could be a red wave for Republicans.

Florida's last Senate race was decided by just 0.12 points (just 10,033 votes).

But here’s what we’re up against: Republicans have already raised more than $76 MILLION to defeat Democrats like me, flip the Senate and erase all of the critical progress we've made. Rubio himself is breaking fundraising records, raising more than $6 MILLION in just the last few months alone.

Senate control is on the line in Florida – and the GOP is terrified that we will defeat Marco Rubio.

Remember: Mitch McConnell and Marco Rubio are abusing the filibuster to block President Biden’s agenda for the American people.

As Florida’s next U.S. Senator, I’ll make it a priority to end the filibuster.

But if we miss this critical goal and allow Marco another six years in the Senate, I fear that important legislation such as:

• Voting rights protections
• A $15 minimum wage
• Crucial climate protections
• Protecting a woman’s right to choose
• And more will be blocked.
