After a decade of elections and re-elections, Harris hasn’t represented the people of Maryland’s First District and he clearly doesn’t think he needs to. You can tell by the votes he takes that actively work against his own constituents. He’s always been a radical, but now he’s a radical in a Republican Party so extreme that millions of Americans don’t even recognize it anymore.

It’ll take a Democrat like Dave to defeat him.
