This month — thanks to folks like you supporting Jason and me — we signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law.

This investment in our roads, bridges, high-speed internet, and public transit was possible because of supporters pitching in during critical moments like the fundraising deadline we’re facing right now. Grassroots donations helped elect Jason, flip the Senate, and elect President Biden last year.

Unfortunately, this makes Democrats up for re-election like Jason and me vulnerable to attacks from Mitch McConnell, National Republicans, and Trump-loyalists running to flip Colorado. This month my race moved closer to a toss-up and Mitch McConnell announced he was optimistic about flipping the Senate.
