Over the holiday weekend, news broke of a new COVID variant -- Omicron -- that is starting to spread around the world.

 

Experts say that, between the emerging threat of new strains and the ongoing surges of Delta variant here in the U.S., we may be headed for another wave.

 

If that happens, BNC candidates will have to call off in-person events and suspend canvassing just like they did in 2020. That means they’re going to be counting on digital outreach like social media ads, phonebanking, and texting to get out the vote.
