Team, I launched this campaign for Congress just over a month ago.
Since then, I’ve been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from people who believe Kentucky must keep an effective and progressive voice in Congress to fill the enormous shoes of John Yarmuth.
In a few short days we face our first full end of month deadline.
With November coming to a close, I want to show everyone -- from the GOP power brokers vying to flip KY-03 red to the press and pundits -- that our campaign continues to pick up steam.
We’ve set a fundraising goal for November of $3,500 and I need your help to get there. Please, if you can, consider chipping in $25 to help this campaign keep building momentum.
Our country is facing huge, unprecedented challenges. We need more Democrats in Congress with proven records of delivering for the people they represent. I have a long list of priorities, including:
- Leading the charge on climate change
- Ending generational poverty
- Fighting for more inclusive and affordable healthcare
- Reforming our criminal justice system
- Legalizing marijuana
- Expanding paid medical and family leave
Making the changes we need on these issues won’t be possible without your support. I need your help if we want to move this country forward.
