John,

Some folks think we have a snowball’s chance in hell of winning this U.S. Senate race and flipping Ohio’s open seat blue. They just go on and on (and on) about how Donald Trump won this state.

You know what I think? NEVER bet against Ohio.

There’s no secret sauce to winning tough elections beyond hard work and staying focused on what matters most to the people you hope to serve. No matter where you live, everyone wants their representatives to fight for living wages, affordable health care, and good-paying jobs in our communities.

But Mitch McConnell and his big-money donors have no interest in that. For too long, they’ve run rampant in Washington, allowing special interests to pull the strings behind closed-door meetings.

Well, I am sick and tired of special interests calling the shots while everyday folks get ignored. And if you’re with me, I need your help to flip Ohio’s Senate seat blue and cut workers in on the deal.

National Republicans will spend MILLIONS to buy this race and retake the Senate majority. We need to raise another $21,489 to stay on track for the month to win. Can you pitch in $3 now?

In the age of Citizens United, money talks. But together, we’re gonna show the pundits and the national Republicans watching this race that we’ve got a winning team that’s ready to see this thing through to the end.

Thank you,

Tim
