These past three years, I've watched the GOP become more and more extreme: New Mexico Republicans yelled profanities at journalists covering my reelection speech, stayed silent on the critical issue of vaccinating our state residents and continued to support federal politicians who inspired an insurrection.

If Republicans flip New Mexico red, all of the progress we've made – from cutting taxes for middle-class families to legalizing marijuana – could be erased in an instant.
