VA-02 is made up of multiple counties and municipalities such as Accomack, Northampton, and York counties, as well as the cities of Hampton, Norfolk, Poquoson, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg. Each of these areas are equally important to Elaine’s re-election efforts, and each deserves equal time, attention, and resources.
