The NRCC (Washington Republicans’ campaign arm) is attacking Colin for doing his job and holding the president accountable. They’re saying Colin is “nothing more than [a] socialist hack who came to Congress to impeach the president.”
This couldn’t be further from the truth. Colin took the oath of office to defend the Constitution and represent the people of North Texas. No one is above the law -- especially not the president. Period.
Colin and his fellow members of Congress are exercising their responsibility in our system of checks and balances to hold the president accountable, and follow the facts.
