The political establishment would be fine with "normal" and "stopping the chaos."

Justice Democrats

John,

Corporate Dems listen to corporate lobbyists instead of the people. That’s the core of the problem, no matter how much establishment Democrats try to blame progressives for their election losses. Progressives bucking the status quo to advocate for strong transformative policies is the SOLUTION.

Yet, after corporate Democrats lost the Virginia Governor’s race, centrist Democrat Abigail Spanberger said what her corporate donors wanted to hear:

Tweet from reporter Kaitlan Collins reads Nobody elected him to be F.D.R., they elected him to be normal and stop the chaos,' Rep. Abigail Spanberger, a Virginia Democrat, said regarding the Biden agenda.

Just 2 weeks later, GOP House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy echoed Spanberger’s comment in his 8 hour speech delaying the Build Back Better Act vote.

The political establishment would be fine with “normal” and “stopping the chaos.” But for most people in this country — struggling to afford health care, pay back their student loans, feeling the impacts of the climate crisis, worrying about paying their rent and utilities — “normal” is not enough. We need more.

That’s why we need to elect more Justice Democrats to Congress. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Cori Bush, and our other Justice Dems in Congress are the ones (often the only ones) fighting for progressive policies. Corporate Dems, the GOP, and the status quo of serving corporate interests isn’t going to cut it.

Can you chip in your first $3 to grow our movement and elect more Justice Democrats to Congress? We must show the strength of progressives right now, as the onslaught of smears from corporate Democrats and the GOP will only get worse as the 2022 primary season gets underway.
