Adam Kraut, Bill Sack and the team need to secure final fundraising in the case Altman v. Santa Clara before Dec. 3. 

A reply brief is due that day, and this is a major step toward fighting government overreach and anti-Second Amendment tyranny. 

Per the Legal Team, we need to raise an additional $10,000 between and Dec. 3 in order to meet this important deadline.

The future of governments' ability to forcefully shutter gun and ammo stores due to "emergency" circumstances could turn on this case.
