Happy Small Business Saturday, friend!

The holiday season is here, and with many people starting to shop, it's important to remember the small businesses that make Rhode Island special.

Small businesses are the heart of Rhode Island's economy, but many have struggled throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

As Treasurer, I've always fought to support small businesses in every way I can. I'm particularly proud of my BankLOCAL initiative that's provided more than $47 million in loans to local small businesses. If I'm elected governor, I will continue to support small businesses and improve our local economy.

We can all make a difference by supporting the small businesses that make Rhode Island great by shopping locally this holiday season. Today I encourage you to join me in supporting our small businesses by shopping locally if you are able to do so.
