I love Halloween. As a kid, it was one of my favorite holidays. And now, as a dad, I love it even more.

Here's the short answer:

I'm running for my kids. So I can look them in the eye and tell them that, at a moment in history when everything we believed in was on the line, their dad fought with everything he had to make this country better, fairer and stronger.
