A last minute ask--

I'll keep this quick because trick-or-treating is getting started and as a dad I know how important that is, but this is important too: My campaign needs to raise $642 more before midnight to reach our October goal. Every penny counts in a race like this, and to add to the pressure, a D.C-based Super PAC with a bottomless bank account just started running digital ads targeting me.

So, we HAVE to hit this goal and start pushing back. Can you chip in to help us get there?

If you have a chance, could you reach out to some of those top supporters to see if they can chip in to close the gap? It would be a bummer to get this close and miss it.

Also, just flagging that there are new digital ads a Super PAC is running in our district to target you. We should work up a response tomorrow -- probably need to increase our digital spending if we're going to fight back.
