Yesterday, CNN reported that 400,000 children have lost their health insurance since Trump took office.

This is unacceptable and another reason why the United States must move to a single payer healthcare system where all people are guaranteed health care coverage and treatment no matter what. We need Medicare for All.

But not every Democrat is willing to fight for Medicare for All: Henry Cuellar and Dan Lipinski have repeatedly fought against it because they’re not thinking big enough and are in the pocket of Big Pharma and the for-profit insurance system that help bankroll their campaigns.

Let’s replace Cuellar and Lipinski with bold, progressive leaders, Jessica Cisneros and Marie Newman, and elect two more leaders who will fight for Medicare for All with the Squad in Congress.
