By allowing Texas' Heartbeat Bill – which BANS abortion after a preborn baby's heartbeat can be detected – to go into effect, the U.S. Supreme Court has opened the door to REVERSING the horrific 1973 Roe v. Wade decision which legalized abortion up until the moment of birth.

Next week, the Supreme Court will begin hearing arguments on Mississippi's 15-week abortion ban in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.

This is a direct challenge to the precedents set forth in Roe v. Wade.
