Hello,

I hope you had a relaxing and fun Thanksgiving with your family and loved ones. I'm thankful for all the quality time I got to spend with my family — including hunting deer with my son, Micah, and enjoying a wonderful meal with Julie, Carter, and Micah. (Our dog, Ella, may have gotten some table scraps.)

Now, it's time for our campaign to get back to work for New Mexico and our country. That includes protecting our Democratic majorities in a tough midterm election, electing strong local candidates in New Mexico, and powering our work for a better future for all.

But all those things require resources, and my team tells me that we’re not on track to meet our November fundraising goal. Can you pitch in $10 (or more) right now to help us close the gap?

We have a lot of work to do to make sure we save our Senate majority by re-electing battleground state Democrats like Rev. Raphael Warnock, Mark Kelly, Maggie Hassan, and Michael Bennet. It’s just as important to build Democratic leadership at the local and state levels, too. That’s why my team is working around the clock to make sure people dedicated to making daily life better for our communities win.

In addition, we’re so close to building on our big infrastructure wins with the Build Back Better Act — which will make once-in-a-generation investments in tackling climate change, and improve our daily lives with lower drug costs, universal pre-K, Medicare expansion, and more. I fought especially hard to make sure we pay back people who install electric appliances in their households and create green jobs through a Civilian Climate Corps.

Frankly, our political work is hard, and we count on grassroots supporters like you to do it. That’s why it matters when we fall behind in our fundraising. But we have just enough time to catch up.

So, please add a contribution of any amount to help us reach our goal and keep up our work on the campaign trail and in the Senate.

Thanks for taking the time to support the fights ahead.

— Martin
