With Thanksgiving now past us, the holiday season has officially begun! A season of giving and gratitude is underway, and we at the Alliance are as thankful as ever for your commitment to ending and preventing homelessness.

Today also marks the beginning of a period of shopping, sharing, and gifting. Many of us will be returning to our annual traditions of gathering with loved ones and rejoicing in thanks and togetherness.

But for the thousands of families, children, and others who will spend this season without the comforts of home, this time may bring feelings of uncertainty and unease instead of joy and hope.

With Giving Tuesday just around the corner, the Alliance hopes that allies and advocates like yourself will include people experiencing homelessness in your holiday plans.
