November is typically the worst month for campaign fundraising -- with our end-of-month deadline a few days away, will you chip in $25 to help us reach our goal?

Now that Jasmine’s grassroots momentum has scared Republican Madison Cawthorn out of running for re-election in his home district, we wanted to share why that means Jasmine is strongly positioned to win this race.

• Organizing Everywhere is still the name of the game. NC-14 is now one of the only competitive Congressional districts in the state. Jasmine is running the most grassroots campaign -- and supporters are responding. Since we launched, she has criss-crossed the district, holding events everywhere from parking lots to front porches and knocking doors in some of the reddest counties. We can’t afford to leave a single vote on the table, especially if we want to compete with potentially high Republican turnout in a midterm year. By the end of the year, our team will have knocked doors in all 15 counties in NC-14 -- as of today, we’ve knocked in 12 of them. Our monthly Days of Action have involved dozens of people joining us each month to knock doors, make phone calls, and write postcards. All of this is building the foundation of the largest grassroots organizing operation WNC has ever seen.


• Jasmine is outraising the crowded primary field. She is the most viable candidate and has the resources to win the primary and the general. We don’t rely on corrupt dark money from shady special interests that expect promises in return. We rely on our grassroots donors like you to help us meet our goals -- like the one we have coming up on November 30th. We have received grassroots donations from every county in Western NC and a total of more than 24,000 donations since we launched. Each one represents someone stepping up with us and this grassroots momentum is critical as we head into the heart of the primary season.


• We need a candidate who can counteract misinformation and extremism with a message that brings people together. This campaign is centered around creating a new kind of politics. From day one, Jasmine’s message has been based on love, hope, faith, and empathy -- paving a new path forward for Western North Carolina built on collaboration and an understanding of the issues that need to be addressed. We are sharing this message when we knock doors, through videos that have reached more than 1 million people, and through targeted outreach to voters across WNC.

This campaign isn’t Jasmine’s alone, it belongs to all of us. Together, we can erase the damage that Madison Cawthorn created and left behind. Together, we can invest in a better future for everyone here in our new district.
